Avadomide HCl
Avadomide (CC-122) is a cereblon-binding immunomodulatory agent that degrades Ikaros and Aiolos, exhibiting direct antitumor and immunostimulatory effects. Its activity against diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) has been demonstrated in both in vitro and in vivo models.
