BIT225

BIT225 is a small-molecule inhibitor of the HIV-1 Vpu protein. It blocks Vpu-mediated ion channel activity and suppresses viral replication in vitro, including within bone marrow-derived dendritic cells, making it a useful research tool for studying HIV-1 pathogenesis and viral protein function.
