CM-10-18 is a potent ER α-glucosidase inhibitor with broad-spectrum in vitro antiviral activity against multiple hemorrhagic fever viruses. It has also demonstrated in vivo efficacy, significantly protecting mice from lethal dengue virus infection in research studies.
