Dezapelisib
Dezapelisib (INCB040093) is an oral, selective PI3Kδ inhibitor that blocks PIP3 production and PI3K/AKT signaling, leading to reduced proliferation and induced cell death in PI3K-overexpressing tumor cells. It is used in research for hematological malignancies and solid tumors, with applications in both in vitro cell-based assays and in vivo xenograft models.
