FT001 is a potent, selective, and orally bioavailable BET bromodomain inhibitor with antitumor activity. It suppresses MYC expression (IC50 = 0.46 μM) and demonstrates potent antiproliferative effects against MV-4-11 cells, along with significant MYC mRNA suppression in both in vitro and in vivo models.
