K67 is a competitive inhibitor of the Nrf2-ETGE/Keap1 interaction. It suppresses the proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells characterized by high levels of S351-phosphorylated p62, making it a useful research tool for studying Nrf2 signaling and liver cancer in vitro.
