It is involved in adipose tissue development, cholesterol metabolism, and response to stilbenoid. FGL1 is located in the extracellular region and is orthologous to the human FGL1 gene. It is primarily expressed in the liver at the E18 stage. FGL1 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, hFc) is the recombinant mouse-derived FGL1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.
