M199
M199 is a small molecule compound that suppresses activation of Toll-like receptors 3 and 9. Despite this inhibitory action, it stimulates the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-6, IL-8, and TNF-alpha in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), making it a useful tool for studying TLR signaling and immune modulation in vitro.
