Nelivaptan
Nelivaptan (SR 149415) is a selective vasopressin V1b receptor antagonist. It competitively inhibits [3H]AVP binding and has been shown in research to protect against gastric erosion induced by chronic mild stress. This compound is used in vitro and in vivo to study stress-related disorders and central vasopressin pathways.
