Nifeviroc (TD-0232) is an orally bioavailable small molecule antagonist of the CCR5 chemokine receptor. It is utilized in HIV-1 research to investigate viral entry inhibition and has been employed in both in vitro antiviral assays and in vivo preclinical studies of HIV-1 infection.
