Oe-9000
Oe-9000 is a low-micromolar, reversible blocker of both TTX-sensitive and TTX-resistant voltage-gated sodium channels in neurons. This dual activity makes it a useful research tool for studying neuronal excitability, pain pathways, and channel subtypes in both in vitro electrophysiology and in vivo models.
