ONC1-13B is a potent androgen receptor (AR) antagonist with an IC50 of 59-80 nM. It effectively suppresses PSA production in androgen-sensitive LNCaP prostate cancer cells and is a valuable tool for investigating AR signaling in both in vitro and in vivo prostate cancer research models.
