ONO 1301
Ono 1301 is a prostaglandin I2 mimetic and thromboxane A2 synthase inhibitor. It suppresses pancreatic fibrosis in vivo, as shown in DBTC-induced chronic pancreatitis models, by inhibiting monocyte activity and promoting hepatocyte growth factor synthesis via IP receptor-mediated cAMP elevation.
