ONO-1714 HCl
ONO-1714 is a selective inducible nitric oxide synthase (NOS-2) inhibitor with additional activity against neuronal NOS. It has demonstrated efficacy in preclinical models, reducing hyperoxic lung injury in mice and attenuating inflammation-driven colorectal carcinogenesis in Apc (Min/+) mice, while also exhibiting antinociceptive effects in rat studies.
