Pfn1-IN-C2 is a small molecule inhibitor of Profilin1 (Pfn1) that disrupts actin cytoskeleton dynamics. It reduces cellular F-actin levels, impeding endothelial cell migration, proliferation, and angiogenesis in vitro and ex vivo, making it a useful research tool for studying vascular biology and related pathologies.
