Photoregulin1 is a small molecule modulator of the nuclear receptor Nr2e3. It has demonstrated efficacy in slowing photoreceptor degeneration in preclinical in vivo models of autosomal dominant retinitis pigmentosa, including RhoP23H and Pde6brd1 mutant mice.
