RA-839

RA-839 is a selective small molecule activator of Nrf2 signaling that functions by covalently binding to Keap1 and disrupting the Keap1-Nrf2 interaction. It demonstrates anticancer activity and has been shown in research to suppress inducible nitric oxide synthase expression and nitric oxide production in both cellular and animal models of oxidative stress and inflammation.
