SDZ-62-434 is a platelet-activating factor (PAF) inhibitor that suppresses bombesin- and PDGF-stimulated DNA synthesis in Swiss 3T3 cells. It has demonstrated antitumor activity in research models, including studies on leukemia and human xenograft models of colorectal and lung cancers.
