SI-2
SI-2 is a potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of the steroid receptor coactivator-3 (SRC-3/AIB1) . It effectively degrades SRC-3 protein and suppresses its transcriptional activity, inducing selective apoptosis in breast cancer cells at low nanomolar concentrations while sparing normal cells.
