Silicon Phthalocyanine 4
Silicon Phthalocyanine 4 (Pc 4) is a photosensitizer used in photodynamic therapy (PDT) research for cutaneous neoplasms. It demonstrates efficacy in both in vitro cytotoxicity assays and in vivo tumor models upon light activation, generating reactive oxygen species that induce cancer cell death.
