Silperisone HCl
Silperisone HCl (RGH-5002) is a centrally-acting muscle relaxant and vasodilator that functions by blocking sodium and calcium channels, thereby reducing neuronal excitability and muscle tone. It is utilized in research models of spinal cord injury, cerebrovascular disease, and multiple sclerosis to study hypertonia, myoclonus, and spasticity.
