SMAPP1
SMAPP1 is a small molecule activator of protein phosphatase 1 (PP1) . It enhances PP1 activity in biochemical assays and has been shown to reactivate latent HIV-1 provirus in both cultured and primary T-cell models, supporting research in virology and latency reversal.
