UR-1505 is a small molecule inhibitor of Nuclear Factor of Activated T-cells (NF-AT), suppressing T-cell activation downstream of TCR signaling without affecting cell viability. It is a research tool for studying T-cell biology and immune regulation in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
