WJD008 is a dual PI3K/mTOR inhibitor that blocks PI3K signaling and suppresses the proliferation and clonogenic survival of tumor cells harboring oncogenic PI3K mutations. It is a research tool for studying PI3K pathway biology in cancer models, applicable in both in vitro cell-based assays and in vivo xenograft studies.
