Zelandopam free base
Zelandopam is a selective dopamine D1 receptor agonist. It stimulates pancreatic exocrine secretion and induces renal vasodilation with diuretic effects in canine models. This compound is used in research to study renal hemodynamics and to investigate mechanisms counteracting angiotensin II- and PAF-induced renal dysfunction.
