AL-1
AL-1 is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) -anchored ephrin ligand. It mediates axon bundling and repulsion in neural development, including in the retinotectal system, and is expressed in adult brain, heart, and kidney tissues. This protein is a key reagent for studying axon guidance and Eph receptor signaling in both in vitro and in vivo models.
