Ganoderenic acid B is a natural lanostane triterpenoid isolated from Ganoderma lucidum that acts as an ABCB1 transporter inhibitor. It reverses multidrug resistance in vitro by enhancing the cytotoxicity of chemotherapeutic agents in ABCB1-overexpressing cancer cells.
