Anisperimus
Anisperimus (LF 15-0195) is an immunosuppressive small molecule that promotes caspase-8 and caspase-10 activation at the DISC to enhance activation-induced T-cell death. It also supports the generation of Foxp3+ regulatory T cells, demonstrating efficacy in preclinical models of CNS autoimmunity such as experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis.
