Mouse Anti-BIOT-AP

The alkaline phosphatase (AP) conjugate is supplied as 1.0 mL of stock solution in 50mM Tris/1mM MgCl2/50% Glycerol, pH 8.0, containing 0.1% NaN3 as preservative. Store at 2-8 °C or long-term at -20 °C.

Biotin; Anti-Biotin can be used for indirect immuno-staining when working with a biotinylated primary antibody. It can be used for simultaneous staining of severalbiotinylated antibodies as one of the parameters in certain assay platforms (such as Luminex). It is an alternative technology to magnify the signal and to reduce background caused by avidin or its derivatives.
