CPX-351 (Vyxeos) is a liposomal formulation co-encapsulating cytarabine and daunorubicin, designed for synergistic antitumor activity. It is widely used in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) research, with applications in both in vitro cytotoxicity assays and in vivo xenograft model studies to evaluate its efficacy and mechanism of action.
