Goat Anti-Type II Collagen-UNLB

The purified (UNLB) antibody is supplied as 0.2 mg of purified immunoglobulin in 0.5 mL (C = 0.4 mg/mL) of 100 mM borate buffered saline, pH 8.2. No preservatives or amine-containing buffer salts added. Store at 2-8 °C. <br>The biotin (BIOT) conjugate is supplied as 0.2 mg in 0.5 mL (C = 0.4 mg/mL) of PBS/NaN3. Store at 2- 8 °C. <br>Reagents are stable for the period shown on the label if stored as directed.

Reacts with conformational determinants on bovine type II collagen as demonstrated by ELISA. May react with type II collagen from other species. Exhibits <10% cross reactivity with collagen type I, III, IV, V and VI. The antibody has not been tested for reactivity with other ECM proteins (e.g., laminin, fibronectin).
