Dalcotidine

Dalcotidine (KU 1257) is a dual histamine H2/H9 receptor antagonist with potent antisecretory effects, demonstrated by Ki and KB values of approximately 0.04 μM in guinea pig cerebral cortex and atrial assays. Its research applications include investigating gastroprotective mechanisms, ulcer healing quality, and recurrence rates in both in vitro receptor studies and in vivo ulcer models.
