Mouse Anti-Human CD8-UNLB

The purified (UNLB) antibody is supplied as 0.1 mg of purified immunoglobulin in 1.0 mL of 100 mM borate buffered saline, pH 8.2. No preservatives or amine-containing buffer salts added. Human CD8<br>CD8 is a 32 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein expressed as either a CD8 alpha alpha homodimer or CD8 alpha beta heterodimer. It is expressed on the "cytotoxic/suppressor" subpopulation of peripheral T cells. CD8 functions primarily as a coreceptor with MHC Class I-restricted TCR's in antigen recognition.1-2
