Deepoxy-deoxynivalenol (DOM-1) is a detoxified metabolite of the mycotoxin deoxynivalenol (DON) . It is used as a critical analytical standard in proteomics and toxicology research to study the metabolism, toxicity, and food safety implications of DON in both in vitro and in vivo models.
