The purified (UNLB) antibody is supplied as 0.5 mg of purified immunoglobulin in 1.0 mL of 100 mM borate buffered saline, pH 8.2. No preservatives or amine-containing buffer salts added. Feline CD5, Mr 67kDa<br>Feline CD5, a member of the scavenger receptor family of cell surface receptors, is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein that is expressed on most thymocytes, mature T lymphocytes, and a subpopulation of mature B cells (B-1 cells)1,2 CD5 is thought to function in both cell-cell recognition and signal transduction. MAb f43 is useful as a pan T cell marker.1
