Rat Anti-Rabbit Ig-SPRD

The purified (UNLB) antibody is supplied as 0.5 mg of purified immunoglobulin in 1.0 mL of 100 mM borate buffered saline, pH 8.2. No preservatives or amine-containing buffer salts added. Store at 2- 8 °C. <br>The horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugate is supplied as 1.0 mL of stock solution in 50% glycerol/50% PBS, pH 7.4. No preservative added. Store at 2-8 °C or long-term at -20 °C. <br>The biotin (BIOT) conjugate is supplied as 0.5 mg in 1.0 mL PBS/NaN3. Store at 2-8 °C. <br>The Spectral Red (SPRD) conjugate is supplied as 0.1 mg in 0.2 mL of PBS/NaN3 and a stabilizing agent. Store at 2-8 °C. Do not freeze!

Reacts with Rabbit IgG and Rabbit IgM as demonstrated by ELISA. It has been tested by ELISA to ensure minimal cross reactivity to human, goat, mouse, rat, hamster, pig, guinea pig, dog, sheep, and monkey immunoglobulins. Reactivity to species not listed has not been determined.
