The purified (UNLB) antibody is supplied as 0.5 mg of purified immunoglobulin in 1.0 mL of 100 mM borate buffered saline, pH 8.2. No preservatives or amine-containing buffer salts added. Store at 2- 8 °C. <br>The alkaline phosphatase (AP) conjugate is supplied as 1.0 mL of stock solution in 50mM Tris/1mM MgCl2/50% Glycerol, pH 8.0, containing 0.1% NaN3 as preservative. Store at 2-8 °C or long-term at - 20 °C. <br>The horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugate is supplied as 1.0 mL of stock solution in 50% glycerol/50% PBS, pH 7.4. No preservative added. Store at 2-8 °C or long-term at -20 °C.

Rabbit Light Chain<br>Mouse Anti-Rabbit Light Chain antibody (clone: SB62a) reacts with the light chain of native Rabbit IgG primary antibodies and does not bind to the reduced and denatured Rabbit IgG heavy chain band (50kD). By using our Mouse Anti-Rabbit Light Chain antibody, detection of antigens with molecular weights near 50kD is not obscured by large amounts of reduced and denatured Rabbit IgG heavy chains on the blots. If the antigen of interest has a reduced and denatured molecular weight near 25kD, Mouse Anti-Rabbit IgG (Cat. No. 4090-01, Clone: 2A9) may be used to detect the heavy chain of the Rabbit IgG primary antibody without binding to the 25kD band of reduced and denatured IgG Light Chains on Western Blots.<br>This antibody is not recommended for sensitive or quantitative detection of the reduced and denatured Rabbit Light Chains on Western Blots.
