The purified (UNLB) antibody is supplied as 0.5 mg of purified immunoglobulin in 1.0 mL of 100 mM borate buffered saline, pH 8.2. No preservatives or amine-containing buffer salts added. An epitope on mouse H-2Dk MHC class I alloantigen<br>MAb 15-5-5S reacts with the H-2Dk class I alloantigen. It cross-reacts with H-2Kd and with cells from mice with the H-2f haplotype.1 The antibody does not react with other (e.g., a, b, p, q, r, s) haplotypes.
