Gizzerosine
Gizzerosine is a biogenic amine toxin formed during feed processing, known to cause mortality in livestock. This small molecule is used in research to study its toxicological mechanisms, particularly in models of gizzard erosion and proventricular ulceration in poultry, both in vivo and in vitro.
