Levocabastine
Levocarbastine is a potent and selective antagonist of the neurotensin receptor NTS2, historically used to characterize neurotensin receptor subtypes. It is also a second-generation H1 receptor antagonist applied in allergy research. This small molecule is utilized in both in vitro binding assays and in vivo studies of neurotensin-mediated pathways.
