Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70 °C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months. After the protein is thawed, store it at 4 °C for continuous use. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
