IgG1 Murine Negative Control (PE)

Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4 °C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot and store at 4 °C. DO NOT FREEZE. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.

Negative on all human cells and cell lines tested. Also suitable for use as a negative control with bovine, ovine, porcine, equine, canine, lapine and guinea pig tissues. Recognizes a rat cell surface marker. Cannot be used as a negative control in rat.
