PBOX-15 is a novel small molecule microtubule-targeting agent that induces apoptosis and upregulates death receptors in multiple myeloma cells, thereby sensitizing them to TRAIL-mediated apoptosis. It also modulates T cell migration via tubulin post-translational modification, making it a compound of interest for oncology and immunology research in vitro.
