Redaporfin
Redaporfin (F-2BMet/LUZ-11) is a photosensitizer for cancer photodynamic therapy (PDT) . In preclinical studies, vascular-targeted PDT with redaporfin induced complete regression of subcutaneous CT26 colon tumors in 83% of treated mice. Its application extends to research in oncology, investigating both in vivo antitumor efficacy and in vitro photobiological mechanisms.
