RS-0406 is a novel β-flakes blocker that counteracts amyloid β-induced cytotoxicity and long-term potentiation impairment in vitro. It also ameliorates amyloid oligomer-mediated behavioral deficits in vivo, supporting its research use in Alzheimer's disease and neurodegeneration studies.
