Selatinib is an orally bioavailable, potent dual inhibitor of EGFR and ErbB2 (HER2) . It demonstrates anticancer activity by inhibiting the proliferation of NCI-N87 gastric cancer cells in vitro and has shown efficacy in xenograft tumor models in vivo.
