ST-1006 is a potent and selective histamine H4 receptor agonist (pKi: 7.94) with demonstrated anti-inflammatory and anti-pruritic properties. It effectively induces basophil migration in vitro and has shown relevant activity in preclinical models of inflammation and itch.
