TC-T 6000 (hENT4-IN-1) is a potent and selective inhibitor of the human equilibrative nucleoside transporter 4 (hENT4) with an IC50 of 74.4 nM. It also inhibits hENT1 and hENT2 and exhibits vasodilatory activity, making it a useful research tool for studying cancer biology and cardiovascular injury models in vitro and in vivo.
