Xinidamine
Xinidamine is a small molecule with antitumor properties, used to study conditions including benign prostatic hyperplasia and macular degeneration. It inhibits proliferation of PWR-1E cells in vitro with an IC50 of 4 μM and has been investigated in animal models of prostatic disease.
