C1q Receptor, gamma (gC1qR, C1qBP, Complement Component 1, Q Subcomponent-binding Protein) (FITC)
Product Specifications
NCBI Gene ID
714
Reactivity
Hamster, Human, Rat
Storage Conditions
May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20 °C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
Specificity
Recognizes epitopes situated within the NH2-terminal stretch of gC1q-R corresponding to aa76-93. This clone recognizes the putative C1q binding site and reacts with the mature form, but has poor or no reactivity with the truncated form, lacking residues 74-95. Species Crossreactivity: rat and syrian hamster.
